Today’s Hearing will be closed starting Friday, March 20 due to recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Infection (CDC), Harris County Public Health, the City of Houston Health Department and the Texas Department of State Health Service. As of now, we plan to reopen on Friday, May 1. We will keep you posted through emails and Facebook posts as this situation evolves.
Our voicemail system is unable to be checked remotely. If you need anything, please email, text, or call the following people. Please remember that we will all be at home with our families. If we are unable to answer, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. We will have remote access to our records to be able to help as much as possible during this time. We are working closely with our manufacturers to manage pending shipments for secure delivery.

You may also call the manufacturers for assistance. They have employees that will be working remotely from their homes to help with troubleshooting hearing aid cleanings and phone connectivity issues.
Click here for videos on how to connect your hearing aids to your phone and instructional videos on how to clean your devices, as well.
Meanwhile, we are setting up a few laptops to have at our homes to be able to help our patients as much as we can. We will be able to help any of the patients with Resound hearing aids with Remote Assist.
We are all in this together. Please remember to support your local businesses through this hard time. Wash your hands and stay well! We look forward to seeing you all again soon.
